Velvet AI Models currently offers only a free preview and waitlist. We do not accept payments, so there are no purchases to refund.

Policy before launch

Before any paid subscription is offered, the operator will publish a specific refund policy, payment descriptor, billing terms, cancellation process, and support contact, consistent with the approved processor’s requirements and applicable law. No refund outcome is promised for a future service that has not launched.
